The Ambassador Sianga Abílio received on March 12, 2021, the new South African Ambassador to Kenya Mninwa Mallhlangu who went to the Angolan Chancellery in Nairobi for a courtesy visit.
During the meeting, the two diplomats addressed issues related to the cooperation between the two countries and the work strategy of the African Ambassadors Working Group accredited to Kenya within the framework of representation at UNEP - UN Environment Programme and UN-HABITAT - The United Nations Human Settlements Programme and the SADC regional group.
The Ambassadors of Angola and South Africa took advantage of the meeting to review the ongoing process of implementing the Continental Free Trade Area to promote intra-African trade.
Prior to Kenya the Ambassador Mninwa Mallhlangu represented the Republic of South Africa in the United States of America.
