The Ambassadors of Angola Sianga Abílio and of Mozambique Jerónimo Chivavi were the special guests at the day of Culture celebrated by Marist International University in Nairobi on 6th of November of 2021.

Students from Kenya, Angola, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Madagascar, Chad, Togo, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Cameroon, DRC, Malawi, South Sudan, Rwanda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe who attend the University presented various cultural aspects of their respective countries.

Ambassador Sianga Abílio, as guest of honour, thanked the Rectorate of the University for the invitation and highlighted the importance of Cultural Diplomacy in bringing peoples closer having launched to the young students the challenge of materializing the vision of the African nationalists and fathers of Panafricanism in seeing Africa integrated from the economic point of view where there are no commercial barriers. 

Invited by the group of students, Ambassador Sianga Abílio joined the moment of dance valuing Angolan culture.
