His Excellency Ambassador Sianga Abílio, who is in the United Arab Emirates participating in the Tenth World Urban Forum, went on February 9, 2020, to the Kenyan Embassy in Abu-Dhabi, to present his condolences for the death of the former President of Kenya Daniel Arap Moi on February 04, 2020 in Nairobi at the age of 95.

At the Embassy of Kenya, His Excellency Ambassador, Sianga Abílio, was received by his Kenyan counterpart in Abu-Dhabi, His Excellency Ambassador, Kariuki Mugwe.
