Petroleum Geologist Engineer graduated 40 years ago from the University of Boumerdes (ex-INH) in Algeria, precisely on June 26, 1981, the Ambassador, Sianga Abílio, returned to taking up books at a University and graduated with distinction, on September 3, 2021, this time in International Relations and Diplomacy, at Strathmore University, in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Ambassador, Sianga Abílio, presented as his end-of-course thesis, the theme "Management of Natural Resources Conflicts as a Foreign Policy Strategy in Africa: Case Study of Angola in the Great Lakes Region".

The University's Rector, Dr. Vincent Ogutu said on the sidelines of the Graduation Ceremony that the Ambassador, Sianga Abílio, despite his multiple and dynamic functions as Angola's Ambassador to Kenya and Permanent Representative of Angola to the UN Offices in Nairobi, managed to complete the course with great dedication, commitment and humility, having at the time, wished him much happiness in his professional career.
